We would like to thank Josh and his team at White Knoll Heating and cooling. During this scorching summer our much older HVAC went out. We started with another company and quickly realized, that they were giving us the runaround. When we reached out to White Knoll heating and cooling, they came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it within about a 24 hour turnaround time. The service was great and the prices were well more affordable than the previous company’s quote. There was excellent communication, and we will not hesitate to reach out in the future for any other services needed, as we are confident in the work White Knoll heating and air provides.

Josh and his 2 associates were very punctual and serviced my 10 year old unit. Cleaned my coils and checked all the coolant levels and everything. It has made a big difference in the temperature of my home. Highly suggest if you have an issue with your AC or heating system you call Josh at White Knoll heating and air.

Great service!! Josh and his team came out within a hour and a half of calling. They were super fast! I was walked through each step that took place. Can't say enough good about Josh and White Knoll Heating and Cooling. I am new to the community and it is always hard to find new contractors/services. Josh was referred to me and was described as reliable, honest and reasonable.
He checked my unit and fortunately found no issues. He patiently answered all of my questions and spent some time explaining how to get the most efficiency out of my dual zone thermostat system.

The representatives that completed our repair was not only professional but extremely pleasant. Service was delivered promptly, efficiently, and at an amazing cost. We were told that we would have air restored by noon on Tuesday and when all was said and done it was good to go and cooling by 11:50 am. Josh was very professional and informative. He was very open to answering questions and showing us hands on what the problem could be . What we thought was water damage was just a stain on the ceiling and he was able to explain by looking at the direction it was coming from .You can tell he has a lot of experience and looks out for the smallest details to make sense of the issue. He was also good at navigating his way around the roof . We almost fell through it trying to figure out what was wrong lol. All in all we would definitely recommend this technician.

I had a problem with my AC unit and of course it happened on a Friday afternoon after 5. The company i normally use doesnt work after hours. I called White Knoll and he came on out. When he arrived the unit had started working again. He explained what he felt like the problem could be from what I told him was happening. He got the part replaced and it is cooling great. The cost was very reasonable and the customer service was great. I am extremely happy it happened after hours because I found my New heating and air company!!

Ok. So it must be heaven sent I’ve found this company again. Last year before the storm hit they came out inspected the unit and told me I had a leak(evaporator coil). This man was probably the biggest help I’ve ever had. He proceeded with price for the coils which i agreed to….his price was the best price I received while trying to maintain college and home life. I heard some outrageous numbers from the same job he expected. Then unfortunately the storm came. That took a whole different direction with finances after throwing away food I had just brought. This man did not once pressure me to hurry and get this system done. He was on pure timing.
When I tell didn’t want anyone else fix this air system but white knoll. I’ve been looking for this company to come complete this unit as we talked about a year ago. I forgot the name to the company and couldn’t find the number until I did research and saw the comment that drew me to call this company in the first place!
Very honest people. This wasn’t a get rich quick scheme for this company. If you want someone reliable, truthful, and shows compassion for their job. I wouldn’t look beyond this company.
I will be reaching out soon to have this job completed. Deserve 5 stars and beyond.
